Welcome everyone to Day 1 of the 2023 Ontario Championships at the Enercare Centre!
Here are some quick tips/reminders to carry with you throughout the event:
Maps
There are several maps located at the info booths in the Galleria of the Enercare Centre. All Salon Rooms (Medical, Referee Lounge, Results, etc.) are located within the Halls along the bottom row of courts. Please use this map to help navigate the venue.
Lost and Found
If you have lost an item, there are multiple lost and found bins located in the venue: One at each info booth in the Galleria and another in the Vendor Hall near the Pizza Pizza.
General Safety
We ask that spectators and athletes DO NOT BLOCK salon/entry/exit doors as there are many people going through the doors constantly throughout the day. We know that space might be tight along the walls, but we ask that you not stand directly in front of the doors for your safety. In addition, please be wary of volleyballs at all times in these close spaces.
Concessions
As per Enercare Centre rules, there is to be no outside coolers or food to be brought into the venue. There is a Vendor Hall with numerous food truck and stand options along with other options inside the venue.
All concessions are cashless. Purchases can only be made through credit/debit cards.
