The roster lock deadline for the Regular Season and Ontario Championships is:
February 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM
After this time, all rosters in MRS will be locked.
What Roster Lock Means
- No athlete additions
- No lateral movement
- No call-ups to older age groups
- No coach changes
Any changes after the deadline require a formal Change Request and a $50 fee.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Forgetting to add potential call-ups
- Missing assistant coaches
- Leaving incomplete athlete information
- Waiting until the final day to upload
Consequences of Missing the Deadline
- Ineligible individuals cannot participate
- Teams risk forfeits if unrostered individuals appear on scoresheets
