Mohammed Yousuf Sadeq has been an architect in developing community volleyball among Ontario's Afghan population. With ten teams enlisted, the recently formed AFCAN (Afgan Canada Volleyball Association) held a tournament in Markham through the support of numerous sponsors, including the Ontario Volleyball Association.
Sadeq aims to build more teams around the province, bringing the association across all of Canada which provides the structure and resources for Canadian Afghan communities to enjoy the sport of volleyball.
