Paul Pavan | OVA Hall of Fame Class of 2025 (Builder)

For more than 40 years, Paul Pavan has helped shape the sport of volleyball in Ontario—not just through championships, but through character. From his early days with the Guelph Oaks to transforming Forest Heights Collegiate Institute into a volleyball powerhouse, Paul has mentored thousands of athletes and coaches with a philosophy rooted in humility, respect, and athlete-first coaching.

As a club founder, provincial leader, and helping usher in the OVA's Early Contact Initiative, his fingerprints are all over the game’s growth across the province. Watch as we honour Paul’s incredible contributions to youth sport, athlete development, and the volleyball community at large—celebrating his induction into the Ontario Volleyball Hall of Fame, Builder Category, Class of 2025.
